Arrive in Fort Lauderdale or Miami and welcome to CPF9 Experience
Training at Reebok Miami Beach with some of the best coaches in the World
FREE Afternoon. Brazilian cross fitters will visit Sawgrass outlet for shopping and US residents are welcome to join or just enjoy the beach.
Start the day with an incredible session at the race track in Miami Beach.
After a intensive session, time to enjoy the beautiful Miami Beach.
An evening Luau is schedule to finish up Day 3 of CFP9 Experience
Morning session at Reebok CrossFit Miami Beach.
Enjoy Lincoln Road with with some of the best shops and restaurants in the World.
Afternoon session at a unique session at Nike Store, yes, that’s is right! A training session right at the Nike Store.
We start the day with a unique session by Coach Marcos Vianna, founder of CFP9 right at Reebok Miami Beach.
The day continues with a choice of SUP, kayaking or Mountain Biking at Oleta Park.
And to finish off the day, we visit Wynwood, the city’s most happening districts.
Today we spend the morning at Ambush Miami Fitness, a World Class Functional Fitness training facility in the Downtown Miami Area
In the afternoon, CFP9 Experience participants have the option to visit and explore Little Havana, the heart of Cuba in Miami. Get ready to experience Cuban traditions and culture.

The Wodapalooza CrossFit Festival brings together 2,000+ athletes for four days of competition in beautiful Miami, Florida.
All set next to the Biscayne Bay in sunny Miami, the Wodapalooza has become a calendar staple for the local Florida fitness community and a winter getaway for athletes from around the world.
